Avocado & Crab Dip

1/2 cup cream
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper
3 1/4 oz crab (small tin)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Drain liquid from crab, mash and keep aside. Mash avocado,
add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Lastly, lightly whip cream and add
crab.
Hot Cheese Dip

1 cup Helman's mayonnaise
1 cup strong cheddar
1 onion, chopped finely
Mix together. Put in oven at 180 degrees C
Mustard Dip

50ml Dijon mustard
155g cream and yogurt
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix well together
Savoury Salami Dip

4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup canned condensed celery soup
4 oz salami, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Cream together cheese, celery soup. Add finely chopped
salami, Worcestershire sauce and celery. Mix well
Tuna & Salmon Dip

1 grated onion
1 tin tuna (drained)
Aromat
1 tin salmon (drained)
250g cream cheese
Salt & Pepper
Cream (sour or fresh)
Thin cream cheese with sour cream (or use fresh cream
and add a few drops of lemon juice). Mix all ingredients and add Aromat,
salt and Pepper to taste.
