Was formed when the Transvaal Trout Acclimatisation Society changed its name in 1912.

Home waters "Slaughter On Vaal" & Last Farm situated about 100km from Johannesburg on the Vaal Dam where the Vaal enters the dam. 7km of angling water. Flush toilets, cold showers non drinkable water, 24 hour security, excellent bank, boat angling and flyfishing at certain times of the year for carp, catfish, yellows, grass carp and muddies.
