Hi Guys,
Thought I would show you my 60cm hen I caught at Dullstroom this last week-end. I was just piped by another lady with one of 65cm.
but what a beauty to catch!!!!! Some of the others I caught were well into their
50's - a 58 and 54 and a 51 and the rest in the 40's one of 39cm.
I was part of the winning team. Ended up 5th overall out of 33.
My Marshall had to help me net my fish due to my foot. The reason being as follows:
Last Sunday I took Chappie-Chew for a walk and did not put on my walking shoes, needles to say I slipped and fell, and what I thought was
a badly sprained ankle, and with witch I hobbled and fished with the whole week-end and nearly died of pain - came back on Sunday and first thing
yesterday succumbed to going to the Doctor who sent me for an x-ray and the verdict ended up being a fracture to the distal fibula metaphysics, you have
two bones going into your ankle and thinnest one of the two I fractured. So I am now in a Moon Boot for 6 weeks. - "and I am not Blonde"! Still very
stubborn or stupid though , one of the two.

Well done Rae when "you've got it you've got it and you girl will never loose that", so sorry to read about the foot hope it recovers well before the next fishing outing - oh looks like you LOST YOUR HEAD though - LoL Sue
