General:  New club water has been secured, please note the following conditions of use and adhere to it:

• No angler will be allowed without prior arrangement with Oom Louwtjie
• No angler will damage any property
• No litter to be left at the venue, take it with you
• We will need people to help repair the road in the near future
• Show courtesy toward the farmer, it is his property after all – do not mess it up for the rest of us
• Members only - RPA membership cards must be produced upon arrival

Directions to Oom Louwtjie:
Take the N1 towards Bloemfontein; go through the Grassmere toll plaza. Just before the second toll gate, take the R59A Parys/Sasolburg off ramp. Turn right towards Parys go through Parys and follow the road toward Vredefort ± 3km past Parys take the Schoemans drift turnoff. The tar road becomes a dirt road, follow the dirt road to the t-junction (± 3.5 km) Turn right at the t-junction on the S212. The road runs past Kommandonek and then turns sharply to the left, past Hadeda Creek. The next gate on your right has a sign above it “Helena”, turn right here and go past the house. Go through the gate on the right and down the hill and left onto a feint road. If you do not have a 4X4 do not go down this road, rather park at the top and walk down.
