These are either hot or cold and should be presented in
a form which can easily be handled by guests.
Points to remember
Use day-old bread, Butter must be soft and creamy. Decide
on total number of items, hot or cold. Collect and prepare all ingredients
and mixtures before commencing.
Cold Snacks
Diamonnnd-shaped bread spread with butter, mustard and
cover with diamond-shaped ham and decorated with pickled onion or a
piece of beetroot.

cheese dotards, dunking trays with a hot sauce, shrimps fried in batter,
chipolata cocktail sausages.
