Your hosts: Malcolm Meintjes is one of the country's leading fly fishers, with many years' experience on South African trout waters, as well as on waters in New Zealand, Tasmania, England and the lochs of Scotland.
Brian Whitehorn was one of the founder members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseur in the Northern Transvaal in the early 1980's. As owner of the "Die Tonteldoos Bistro" in Dullstroom for nearly 15 years, he has achieved top honours by being awarded the Châine Blazon and National Platter for his restaurant. His passion is teaching potential cooks to prepare only the best dishes. He offers several cooking courses, under the title Sauces for Courses at various venues in the Dullstroom vicinity.
