This high quality 12ft medium fast action rod is finished off with the finest of finishes.  On receiving the rod one can't help but to think that the rod fall slightly forward towards the tip but once a reel has been put on this rod seems perfectly balanced.  This rod is an ideal rod to fish most of our dams today, whilst testing it could quite easily exceeded distances of 140m with a p4 and medium ball.  The eyes are partly the reason for this as they are made from a high quality material.  The eyes are spaced relatively well and are of an excellent size

10 FT Blackwidow Graphite
This rod is my favourite as it is very accurate and has also got a medium fast action.  I was very impressed on this rod as distances of up to 93m were achieved using a p1.  This rod I would suggest for it to be used by the serious angler when fishing tempo.  This rod is lightweight, easy to handle and he eyes as the 12ft are excellently designed and fitted.

Blackwidow reels (baitrunner and spinner)
These reels are both relatively well balanced and are both suitable for the blackwidow range of rods.  The reels both consist of 8 ball bearings making it pretty smooth.  Of course this reel can't match up to the shimano but is definitely next on my list.  The reels are both strong and durable and relatively light weight. The reels are both backed with a spare spool and more spare spools are available making this an advantage to most competitive anglers.  On approaching a few of my fishing buddys we all agreed that this reel will make its name amongst all competitive anglers as it is very economical reel making it good quality for good price.
